The Story of Crystal Rainbow Star

Long-time collectors turned sellers due to our passion for crystals. Over a decade ago, our main dealer passed unexpectedly, leaving a large inventory behind. An estate liquidation business attempted to purchase the inventory at a small fraction of wholesale cost. We offered to sell the inventory during our free time to ensure his children received fair value for the inventory he left behind. Once we accomplished that goal, we began purchasing our own inventory and continued to sell in-person at markets, street fairs, and private businesses. Once the pandemic hit our Nation, our passion project came to an end, leaving us with a lot of inventory, and no where to sell it. Our primary business also suffered, like many others, due to stay-at-home orders. We were very close to liquidating our inventory at a fraction of the price of wholesale cost until a friend came to our aid. Our friends know how passionate we are about crystals so with their support and the support of our children, we started a professional page on Instagram and this is where our new journey began. We are eternally grateful for the outpour of love, support, time, and energy from the crystal community.
With the cost of booths substantially increasing due to the pandemic, we no long sell in-person as we refuse to raise our prices to cover the costs. Being solely online has extended our options and reach in a way in-person selling never could. We now ship Worldwide and have made energetic connections across the globe. This website is not for selling only, it is an expansion of the community. A place to learn together, grow together, and support one another along our personal journeys in this life. The Golden Rules
We believe that honesty is the best policy and we also strongly believe in The Golden Rule - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We try to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please read descriptions for weights or sizes and ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. We do not accept returns. We insure your packages so in the event an item is received damaged, please see the section on returns and refunds for damaged goods for details.
Most of our sales are through Instagram. Our preferred method of communication is via Instagram direct messaging. Please connect with us there.
Invoices
Items claimed during Live Sales, Story Sales, or via DM will be invoiced within 72 hours. You have up to seven days to pay your invoice in full. If you need more time, please contact us regarding a payment plan or extension. Items claimed via Instagram are considered open orders/open boxes unless the buyer communicates they would like their order shipped. Invoices will be sent without shipping charges (unless asked to ship and the order is under $200, shipping will be added). Most likely, shipping charges will be invoiced separately.
Open Order/Open Box
You're welcome to keep your order/box open for up to three (3) weeks. All items must be paid within seven (7) days to maintain an open order/box. This helps save on shipping costs. We ship standard size box orders $200+ free in The United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. For large pieces, a shipping charge may be applicable. You may opt to ship your order at any time by contacting us. If your order is under $200 after three (3) weeks, a shipping cost invoice will be sent to you and your order will be shipped upon payment.
Payment Plans
Payment plan providers are Klarna and Affirm. We also offer the following payment plan below:
We offer payment plans up to 90 days depending on the total cost of your order. We require 10% down within 24hrs to hold your items.
- 30 days to pay orders up to $400
- 60 days to pay orders up to $799
- 90 days to pay orders $800+
Orders over $200 ship free once paid in full, we do not so partial shipments. All items requested to be removed from the order will result in a 25% re-stocking fee. All abandoned orders forfeit 50% of all deposits made and the remaining balance will be shipped in items paid for minus the shipping cost. If your deposits are less than the items in your order and the shipping cost, your entire deposit(s) are forfeited. Please claim responsibly and enter zero-finance payment plans responsibly.
Shipping
We use a third -party shipping company and primarily use USPS and UPS to ship.
Shipping Rates (standard orders under $200) Standard orders ship free at $200 in The United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
$6 First Class insured (must be under 9oz) most jewelry orders apply
$10 USPS Priority padded flat rate envelope (you'd be amazed what I can fit in one of these)
$17 USPS Medium flat rate box
$23 USPS Large flat rate box (No one has ever paid for this, by this point, most likely you're shipping free).
International Shipping
Most of our International customers build large orders to save on shipping costs. We deduct what we would pay to ship free from actual cost of shipping. The remaining cost is the responsibility of the international buyer.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email or message us directly within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipments are insured. In the event an item is broken in transit, and $100 or less, sent via USPS, you must file directly within the time frame allotted by USPS. Click the link below.

Pictures of the interior of the box or all packaging removed
